TED Center is committed to honoring our donors’ privacy, including securing any personally identifiable information. Documents containing information about our donors are carefully protected by TED Center, and are destroyed when no longer needed. Your name, address, and any other personal data you provide will be used only by TED Center to keep you informed of our activities including our programs, trainings, newsletter, special events, and funding needs. If at any time you choose not to receive these communications, you may contact TED Center and we will gladly remove your name from our mailing list.

Donor Receipts

All donors, whether anonymous or not, will receive a letter recognizing their gift as long as we have the donor’s contact information.

Donor Public Recognition

All donors’ names will be added to TED Center’s mailing list. Donors will also be recognized in any or all of the following: TEDCenter’s website, TED Center’s annual report, and TED Center’s quarterly email newsletter. In such cases third parties will have access to our donor names and amounts. Donors have the right to request that their donations not be publicized and that their names not be listed in any of these venues. Such requests should be made by mailing or faxing your donation with the Donor Form and check the “anonymous gift” box. By checking the "anonymous gift" box, you will not receive public recognition for your gift and your name will not be added to TED Center's mailing list.

Mailing List

TED Center does not sell, trade, or rent donor names, phone numbers, or addresses including email addresses to third parties. Personal donor information is only used by TED Center for charitable purposes as described above.
